Return and Refund Policy

At HG Bead Designs, we want to provide a smooth and easy return and refund service to our customers within the stipulated time. You may request for return and / or exchange service by checking below-following points. 

• We offer returns of purchased items within 30 days of purchasing.
• You can also return your product for store credit or exchange it for a different item.
• We accept all return and exchange requests, except discounted items. 
• Please make sure the item you are returning is in the original condition, is packed in original product packaging, and has no visible signs of use or damage. 
• Any orders exceeding 10 pieces please consult with HG Bead Design prior to purchase.
• Please contact hgbead@gmail.com  with any questions related to the return and refund policy.

To initiate a return request, you must follow the below instructions:

• Please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you have received by email
• While returning items, attach the label provided 
• Please allow 3-6 weeks for your replacement product or store credit
• Replacement product shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
